  • A chicken breast
  • Salt to taste
  • Six guajillo chilies
  • Two cloves of garlic

  • Six radishes
  • Lemons

  • 250 milliliters of cream
  • Oregano to taste

Preparation of the red chicken pozole

The first step in preparing the red chicken pozole is to wash the corn and boil it in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes. At the same time, cook the chicken in a saucepan with a little salt to taste. When this is done, you are going to shred the chicken and reserve the broth.
